AEROBICS

Get your day off to a good start and your energy soaring by joining us for a low impact aerobic class. The class is taught by certified instructor Michael Toft. Classes are held Monday - Saturday at 8 a.m. at the Theater in the Woods. No advance registration is required. Loose clothing and comfortable shoes are suggested. 

ATMs

ATMs are located throughout the grounds.

BUS SERVICES / SHUTTLE BUSES

Oshkosh is served by Greyhound Bus Lines 800/231-2222 or 920/231-6490.

Several shuttle services are available throughout the state as well as to local attractions. Check back in 2007 for more information on these services.

EAA RADIO

EAA Radio AM1210 broadcasts continuous information from the EAA AirVenture site. Daily programming includes news from AirVenture, traffic and weather updates, interviews with aviation personalities, updates on EAA programs, AirVenture Forum highlights, live coverage of the daily air show and Theater in the Woods and much more.

EAA Radio will broadcast 24 hours a day on AM 1210. A link will be made available here as well as on the AirVenture home page when EAA Radio begins broadcasting and throughout the event. You can listen to archived interviews and broadcasts from 2006 here.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Groups of 25 or more arriving via chartered buses, charter passenger aircraft, etc., should contact EAA in advance for special arrangements. Please use this online form.

HANDICAPPED SERVICES

  • Handicapped auto parking, aircraft parking/camping, restrooms, showers and tram services are available.
  • For more detailed information, contact AirVenture Headquarters at 920/426.6540.
  • One-seat personal electric convenience vehicles, specifically designed for the handicapped, are allowed on the convention site. Automobiles, golf carts, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, personal transportation machines such as Segways, and all-terrain vehicles are not recognized as authorized vehicles for the handicapped and are not allowed on the convention site.
  • Contact information for rental of electric convenience vehicles and manual wheelchairs, stroller and wagons will be available soon.
      


    These are examples of the types of electric convenience vehicles allowed on the 
    AirVenture grounds, and are representative of the rental vehicles.


INTERNET ACCESS / EAA MEMBER VILLAGE

The popular Internet café returns this year with 20 online stations in EAA Member Village, where EAA members can check e-mail while at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. Six stations, plus two ports for laptops, are also available in a new Member Village area in the campground. Map of locations

POSTAL AND UPS SERVICES

EAA AirVenture attendees can receive mail and packages right on the convention grounds. The Oshkosh branch of the U.S. Post Office (USPS) and the UPS Store will accept letters and packages (including camping gear) that are addressed properly. Please note, this is NOT the mailing address for use by any Exhibitors/Vendors. United States Postal Service and UPS Store information will be available in 2007.

WORSHIP SERVICES

Denominational and non-denominational worship services are held on the AirVenture grounds during the convention. More information will be available in 2007.
