NEW EXHIBIT SPACES IN A TRADITIONAL LOCATION

The U.S. Air Force will not be using the former Central Exhibit Building along the AirVenture flight line for a major exhibit this year, giving EAA an opportunity to open more exhibit space in that area just north of the FAA Control Tower. The building, “Exhibit Hangar E”, which longtime EAA AirVenture attendees may recall as an exhibit building until the late 1990s, will be offered as an exhibit area for those seeking additional/alternate exhibit space or those who may have sought an indoor space but timing or cost kept them from doing so.

The area will also have excellent proximity to the outdoor homebuilt display area, the forums pavilions and a new feature, the “Affordable Flying Center”. The rates in Hangar E will be below those for the main exhibit hangars and very comparable for those in the Fly Market.

EAA AirVenture Oshkosh has become known as one of the premier aviation events in the world. It brings all segments of aviation to Oshkosh for a weeklong celebration of flight. “Oshkosh” has become the home of new innovations and annual announcements that impact the aviation industry.

What makes EAA AirVenture Oshkosh so special is the people. It’s the hundreds of thousands members and visitors, our valued volunteers and employees, and the outstanding exhibitors and advertisers who utilize this event to showcase their products and services. We attract over 750,000 EAA members, aviation leaders and enthusiasts… people who would rather be here than any place else in the world (and many of them could be any place else in the world!).

For companies large and small, this creates an exciting and rewarding opportunity. Nowhere else can you find a group of dedicated people who are eager to learn about the latest and greatest in the world of flight.

We hope you will be a part of our EAA AirVenture celebration and show the world what you have to offer. This prospectus provides you with all you need to know to become an exhibitor and/or advertiser in the event’s program or daily newspaper. You won’t find a better audience… please join us!

Our Indoor displays are located within four exhibit hangars, each 200’ x 200’. View the area maps of our Outdoor displays, including the Fly Market, Ultralight displays and Aircraft display spaces below:
