    The Annual EAA AirVenture Program presents a unique opportunity for advertisers to reach aviation enthusiasts of all ages and areas of interest. The program becomes the "bible" for the over half a million visitors who come each year to Oshkosh.

    EAA AirVenture Today
    is the official daily newspaper of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh and is distributed free to visitors via numerous updated self-service newspaper boxes located throughout the grounds, plus through even more single-copy “hawkers” at the main gates. In addition, thousands of copies are delivered off-site to area hotels, motels, and the UW-Oshkosh dormitories.

  • During EAA AirVenture Oshkosh:
    The EAA Communication center is staffed 24-hours to serve AirVenture attendees and those who need information on EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.  The Communication Center, or Comm Center, is available for general questions regarding AirVenture and as an emergency message relay service.  Emergency messages are  broadcast through the Center's PA system throughout the day or as needed.  Emergency messages can also be relayed to those staying in EAA Camp Scholler.

    In addition to the emergency messaging service, the Comm Center is also a key point of contact for information on the event. Comm Center volunteers have telephone and radio contact with all areas of AirVenture and can normally answer just about any question about AirVenture.  With many 20 and 30-year volunteers, Comm Center is a great source for AirVenture information.
