Daily Schedule
The EAA AirVenture daily schedule is continually updated to provide the
latest information about activities, programs and other AirVenture features
A general daily timeline is as follows (subject to change without notice):
7:00 am - Gates open
8:00 am - EAA AirVenture Museum opens
8:15 am - Forums begin
8:30 am - Workshops begin
9:00 am - Exhibits open
2:30 pm - Showcase Flying/Air Show start
6:00 pm - Air Show end
7:30 pm - Theatre in the Woods program begins
8:30 pm - Fly-In Theater presentation begins
Diaper changing stations
Infant diaper changing stations are located near Theater in the Woods and in
the main AirVenture Museum restrooms (near the refreshment area).

Directions to grounds (driving)
From US Highway 41 (northbound): Use Exit 116 (EAA Air Show exit), then turn
right onto South Park Avenue. First right onto Poberezny Road and into
parking traffic loop.
From US Highway 41 (southbound): Use Exit 116
(EAA Air Show exit), then turn left onto South Park Avenue. First right onto
Poberezny Road and into parking traffic loop.
Campers to Camp Scholler: Take Highway 26
(Exit 113) exit to Poberezny Road (east side of Highway 41). Proceed north
to Camp Scholler entrance.
Discounts, admission
EAA members receive the lowest prices on admissions to their annual fly-in convention.
Dormitories
More than 3,000 dormitory rooms
are available at colleges in Oshkosh, Appleton, Fond du Lac and Ripon, and
at Valley Christian School in Oshkosh. Prices and accommodations vary. |
