Rates, admission
Admissions at EAA AirVenture are
divided into two categories: Member and Non-Member. Members receive up to 40
percent off AirVenture admission and other special member values.
Admissions are available at any of the entry
gates, and visitors may also join EAA at those gates. Admissions may also be
purchased in advance, and discounts are available
for advance purchase.
Rates, parking
Parking in EAA lots are for autos, trucks, motorhomes, motorcycles and other motor vehicles. No overnight parking is allowed in EAA auto parking lots.
Recycling
EAA AirVenture encourages recycling on the grounds. Look for the green
Anheuser-Busch recycling receptacles throughout the grounds for aluminum
cans and #1 and #2 plastic bottles. Please do not throw trash in the
recycling containers.
Runway 9/27
The east/west runway at Wittman Regional Airport. It is surrounded by the
North 40 aircraft camping area.
Runway 18/36
The north/south runway at Wittman Regional Airport, which runs parallel to
the AirVenture flight line. Air show viewing is available on the flight
line, with air-show center above Runway 18/36 at its intersection with the
AeroShell Square taxiway. |
