Improved restroom facilities for AirVenture are at the top of the list for the first round of planned improvements on the grounds and in Camp Scholler. These facilities are slated to be built by the time the gates open for AirVenture 2009.

New restroom facilities will feature changing stalls and showers as well as clean toilets and sinks. These new restrooms are likely to be a welcome addition for the thousands of visitors and campers who call AirVenture their home for the last week in July.

While we can’t replace all of the portable restrooms, we will be offering more permanent facilities to enhance the AirVenture experience.
