This year, more than ever before, EAA staff,
volunteers, members, and visitors shared their experiences online. In
addition to the nearly 800 forum posts in the message boards, the
webcams hosted on Oshkosh365 saw more than 120,000 hits by visitors from
more than 50 countries around the world. The Twitterverse stayed busy,
with more than 4,300 #OSH10 related posts, and our Facebook pages got
more than 1,500 comments, 2,500 "likes", and far more than
40,000 photo views. The sharing continues on Flickr and YouTube with
more than 2,500 photos and 30 videos posted as of this writing.
Hal Bryan, EAA's Online Community
Manager, was reportedly very pleased with the participation this year,
but when asked for a comment, he just pointed at the Flickr slideshow
and muttered, "Pretty!"
