During EAA AirVenture 2011, de Havilland Tiger Moth and Chipmunk fans are invited to gather for the annual Tiger Moth and Chipmunk Club of North America Dinner. This year's event will be held on Thursday, July 28, at The Roxy, 571 N. Main Street, in Oshkosh.
Tickets are $25 at the door. There will be a cash bar starting at 7 p.m., with dinner to follow at 7:30 p.m.
The de Havilland Tiger Moth and Chipmunk Club was founded in 1975 and is a worldwide club for people who own or are interested in the de Havilland DH 82 Tiger Moth, a 1930s biplane, or the de Havilland Chipmunk, designed in 1952.
