Wittman Buttercup
The Wittman Buttercup will be presented by Earl Luce as the featured aircraft during Tuesday morning's session of Homebuilts in Review.

As we draw closer to EAA AirVenture 2012, the Homebuilts in Review lineup is taking shape, featuring twice-daily aircraft presentations by aircraft builders and owners. Each day at 10 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. builders will share in-depth information about their outstanding homebuilts at the Homebuilders Hangar, and AirVenture attendees are invited to attend.

Homebuilders Hangar is proudly sponsored by Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co., a leading distributor of homebuilt and certificated aircraft supplies.

Modeled after the popular Warbirds in Review program, Homebuilts in Review provides an opportunity to hear the story behind the aircraft rather than simply viewing it. It is the perfect chance for those interested in building their own aircraft or investing in a new model to learn more about the planes and the processes involved in building. More than anything, attendees get a unique opportunity to engage with others in the homebuilding community.

Wednesday's presentations will be dedicated to a pair of Dyke Deltas in commemoration of the design's 50th anniversary at AirVenture 2012, and several presentations throughout the week will honor Dick VanGrunsven as Van's aircraft celebrates 40 years.
