AEROBICS

Get your day off to a good start and your energy soaring by joining us for a low impact aerobic class. The class is taught by certified instructor Michael Toft. Classes are held at the Theater in the Woods. No advance registration is required. Loose clothing and comfortable shoes are suggested. Classes are at 8 a.m.

Oshkosh Transit System
During AirVenture, the Oshkosh Transit System provides shuttle buses from the downtown Transit Center and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus to the convention grounds. View the schedule

Fond du Lac - Shuttle buses are available from Fond du Lac County Airport for a nominal fee. Contact the Fond du Lac Area Convention and Visitors Bureau at visit@fdl.com, or by calling 920-923-3010 or 1-800-937-9123.

Appleton, Kimberly, Menasha, Neenah - From various hotels. Morning shuttle to EAA Monday-Sunday.  Return shuttle each evening, with additional afternoon return shuttle Friday and Saturday, and late evening return shuttle on Wednesday and Saturday following late airshows. Milwaukee Airport & Intermodal Terminal, Wauwatosa, Menomonee Falls - From Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee and other convenient locations. Ripon - From four convenient locations in Ripon. Two shuttles to and from EAA on Sunday & Saturday, four shuttles to and from EAA Monday-Friday. For information, schedules and reservations, call Lamers Bus Lines at 920-745-2245. View the schedule

Van/Sedan/Limo/Bus Service - Lamers Bus Lines offers as-needed service for one to five-hundred passengers to AirVenture from anywhere in the state and Midwest. For more information and scheduling call Lamers Bus Lines at 800-236-1240, or submit an online service request at www.GoLamers.com.

Go Riteway Back by popular demand, Go Riteway is offering affordable and convenient park and ride service from various locations in the greater Milwaukee and surrounding area to and from AirVenture. Go Riteway also offers shared-exclusive shuttle van service, sedan, limousine, motor coach, and bus service for those extra large groups, from Milwaukee's Mitchell and Chicago's O'Hare airports.

Bus/Taxi-like Service – Kobussen Bus offers taxi-like service on demand for one to one hundred passengers to/from anywhere. For more information and scheduling, e-mail ann@kobussen.com (prior to July 21) or call Bronson at 920-376-0652 (after July 21). They are also located in a tent by the Bus Park near the Main Gate.

EAA COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

The EAA Communications Center is staffed 24-hours to serve AirVenture attendees and those who need information on EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. The Communications Center, or Comm Center, is available for general questions regarding AirVenture and as an emergency message relay service. Emergency messages are broadcast through the center's PA system throughout the day or as needed. Emergency messages can also be relayed to those staying in EAA's Camp Scholler.

In addition to the emergency messaging service, the Comm Center is also a key point of contact for information on the event. Comm Center volunteers have telephone and radio contact with all areas of AirVenture and can normally answer just about any question about AirVenture. With many 20 and 30-year volunteers, Comm Center is a great source for AirVenture information.

EAA RADIO

EAA Radio AM1210 broadcasts continuous information from the EAA AirVenture site. Daily programming includes news from AirVenture, traffic and weather updates, interviews with aviation personalities, updates on EAA programs, AirVenture Forum highlights, live coverage of the daily air show and Theater in the Woods and much more.

HANDICAPPED SERVICES

  • For handicapped automobile parking with a disabled parking identification (DIS ID) permit, follow the signage when driving into the grounds. 
  • Handicapped aircraft parking and aircraft camping areas are available.
  • Camping in Camp Scholler is available for those with disabilities.
  • Handicapped restrooms and showers are identified on the convention site map.
  • All tram routes are handicapped accessible.

If special accessible transportation is required, contact any bus driver on site or stop by the bus park area near the Main Admission Gate.
Single seat personal electric convenience vehicles, specifically designed for those with disabilities, are allowed on the convention site and can also be rented via Vista Mobility, Inc. Automobiles, golf carts, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, personal transportation machines such as Segways and all-terrain vehicles are not recognized as authorized vehicles for those with disabilities and are not allowed on the convention site.

Medical Services building is located northeast of the FAA Control Tower and just east of EAA Press Headquarters.

A mailbox is located near the Tram tent in front of Convention Headquarters. Mail is picked up daily.

SECURITY

The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department is located north of Exhibit Hangar C on Waukau Ave. EAA security and Camp Scholler security are located both in Camp Scholler, just west of the Barn Store.

The United States Postal Office will NOT have a location on the convention site. Do not ship your items via the US Postal Service.

INBOUND SHIPPING: For Attendees (not exhibitors/vendors)

FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. – Must be picked up at the GES Service Trailer, located on the west side of Exhibit Hangar D. Map of GES Service Trailer location

OUTBOUND SHIPPING: For Attendees (NOT exhibitors/vendors)

FedEx will have an on-site tent location for outbound shipping. Map of FedEx location

All other outbound shipping services can be shipped out from the GES Service Trailer:
If shipping out via UPS at the GES location, you must have an account number for charges.

WORSHIP SERVICES
