Aaron Bjorkstrand a.k.a. "Intern Number 3"
Aaron Bjorkstrand joins the EAA Radio Team after a couple years of contemplating, "To join or not to join!"
He is currently one class away from graduating from St. Cloud State University, returning mainly to continue Sports Broadcasting at SCSU. While earning his degree at St. Cloud State, Aaron has spent his time volunteering at the on campus radio station, 88.1 FM - KVSC (a student run, public radio station) as a member of the Sports Department for three plus years. He is currently the News/Production Director at KVSC.
Aaron has also worked for Leighton Broadcasting of St. Cloud as a Studio Host for St. Cloud State Hockey, and will be the voice of both men's and women's SCSU Hockey for the 2008-2009 season. In 2007, Aaron was the assistant producer for the inaugural year of the Minnesota Twins Radio Network, completing a lifelong goal early in his career. Aaron plans on attending the 2008 MLB Baseball Winter Meetings in hopes of a play-by-play job for the 2009 baseball season.
